Sin Soon Lee Realty Co. Pte. Ltd was incorporated in 1970. The main activities of the Sin Soon Lee Group are property development, investment holdings and building construction. In the past 30 years, the group built and sold more the 2,300 industrial units at Kaki Bukit, Bukit Betok and Ulu Pandan. The Group’s projects include, Shun Li Industrial Park, Enterprise Centre, The Spire, Prestige, Unity Centre WCEGA Plaza and Tower, Secom Centre, Enterprise Hub, and Splendor. The most recent project is The Elitist, a 2-storey ramp up and 7-storey flatted factory located at Bukit Betok and is expected to obtain its TOP in the third quarter 2013.
